Why do politicians use those words? War on Drugs War on Poverty War on Terrorism War on Illegal Immigration War on Illiteracy War on... war on, America! I wish we weren't so keen on war. Besides, all these "war on" things have not resulted in winning anything at all, if that were the prize (in our world, we never really know what the "prize" is supposed to be for REAL!).
